David Landers

David has been a trial attorney for over twenty-five years, practicing primarily in the area of insurance defense. During his career David has served as lead counsel in more than sixty jury trials in various jurisdictions, representing individuals as well as Fortune 500 Companies. Because of his extensive trial experience, David was selected for membership to the American Board of Trial Advocates.

David is a native of the Kansas City area. He obtained his undergraduate degree from William Jewell College in 1984 and his law degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 1987. He and his wife, Mary, currently reside in Greensboro, North Carolina.  

He is admitted to practice before the following courts:

• State of Missouri
• State of Kansas
• State of Oklahoma
